[1]      This is an appeal against the granting of summary judgment.

[2]      On the 7^th July, 2015 Counsel for Appellants wrote to the Registrar intimating that the parties had agreed to have the matter postponed to next session.  On 8^th July 2015 Counsel for Appellants filed a formal application for postponement of the matter to next session by agreement of the parties.

[3]      When the matter came up for hearing on the 9^th July 2015 both parties being duly represented, the matter by agreement of the parties was postponed to next session, with no costs.

[4]      Appellants ordered to reconstruct and submit the Record of Appeal.
